High Rocks is an award-winning comprehensive leadership development program for young women ages 13-25. We are multi-faceted, non-residential, and year-round.
The dream of High Rocks is that it will be a self-sustaining organization, that the original girls will grow up and become the staff and the board and run High Rocks for the next generation of girls. The dream is working. We have four alums on our board and several who have worked as staff.
High Rocks works wih girls from all walks of life. We have students on the high honor role and students who miss too much school. What they have in common is their heart and their deep desire to make the world a better place to be.
